A taste of it
Production projects run through the same gates whether you are making a 60-second animation or a three-minute corporate film. Each gate is a point where one stage is finished and the next is about to start. Passing a gate means the work is approved in writing and nobody expects to reopen it without an agreed change request. Gate question: Does everyone know what we are making, by when, and who signs off?
